I understand that making the first steps towards counselling can feel daunting and so I offer the first session free so that you can decide whether you would like to work with me. I offer 50 minute sessions for £50.

I work either face to face in Alfriston, East Sussex, or on Zoom and telephone anywhere in the UK.
